I don’t want this blog to be about weight loss. I think everything I talk about is great for overall health, no matter if you need to lose weight or not. My philosophy is that if you live healthy, your body will show it. That said, I’ve added this page simply to show you I’m not faking it. This stuff really works! So, here I’ll update you with the progress I’m making from simply living healthy.

8/6/12 – 22 lbs and 1 dress size down
